Winston Cvap Holding Bins/oven – Barely used!
Extremely rare product in the UK! Winston have told us that the two models we have are the only ones to be exported to the UK.
These holding bins are great for holding foods and preventing the drying out of food.
It can also be used for particularly gentle cooking of delicate food e.g. for fish.
Again, both units have been used only a handful of times.

2020 Winston Cvap Cook’N’Hold Oven CHV05 – Barely used! It was purchased in late 2020.
It has a digital control panel and enables the user to automatically pre-heat the oven at a certain time, which is amazing for saving on labour costs.
The only times this unit was used was for testing purposes. No greasy foods have been put into the unit at any point so this really is in close-to-new condition.
This is an enhanced pass through model with caster wheels and glass doors on both sides. Comes with all tray hooks.
