32’ x 10’ anti vandal canteen/office with separate drying room.This is by far not the tidiest of units we have ever had to sell but we have priced this accordingly.
The unit has a single personnel door and sliding windows that have security shutters that secure from the inside.
At one end is a kitchen area with a sink, hot water heater, base unit and worktop.
The opposite end has a good sized separate office/ drying room.
The exterior could do with a wash and the internal walls would benefit from a coat of paint or just use as is.
