This top quality planetary mixer by Hobart is perfect for demanding bakeries and restaurants. It boasts a generous 40 litre bowl capacity and as several speed settings which ensures you have full control of the mixing process. The mixer also has a hand operated bowl lift, bowl guard and includes a dough hook, beater and whisk. This is a quality mixer that no busy establishment can do without. There is some cosmetic wear to the mixer. However, this does not affect the performance of the machine please see additional images.
