This quality oven by Unox is perfect for busy restaurant and comes complete with extractor hood and stand. The 1/1 GN compatible oven features manual cooking modes, advanced and automatic programming, air distribution and climate management in the cooking chamber. Additionally, the oven has four automatic cleaning settings with detergent and water presence control and a detergent tank which is integrated into the oven ensuring this oven is effortless to clean.
Manual cooking modes are:
• Convection cooking 30 °C - 260 °C
• Mixed steam and convection cooking 35 °C - 260
