The ice machine features a closed water circuit to prevent contamination and an automatic rinse cycle that drains and refills fresh water after every batch to prevent mineral build-up.
It is able to produce between 190kg and 240kg of ice per 24 hours and comes complete with a heavy duty ice storage bin (FOL-425-30) with a capacity of 195kg.
