REAL ALE STILLAGE RACK with COOLING SYSTEM
Will Hold 36, 9 Gallon Casks

I am selling my Custom Built Real Ale Rack which comes complete with its own Cooling System. I used this system for my Real Ale and Music Festival for 5 very successful years.
It is constructed using high grade quarter inch steel and can be assembled by a single person by using male to female slotted joints, so no bolts etc. It is designed so the Beer Barrel gentle slopes from the back of the rack to the front and is held in place by strong v-shaped tongues with a stop at the front. The Beer sediment naturally settles under the tap at the front.

The Rack is made up of 6 sections, a section will carry 6 Barrels. Each section is 1.5 metres long, 450cm deep and 1400cm high sloping to 1300cm to the front. By joining all 6 sections together you have the capacity to hold 36 barrels.
It comes complete with its own Cooling System. This consists of a Chiller unit, which runs off a standard household 240 volt plug and a simple system of pipework which runs from the Chiller unit then into each Barrel itself before returning to the Chiller.
By using this system the Beer is maintained at a constant 13 or 14 degrees, perfect for Festival Beer.

The rack can be configured in a single row (as shown) or to your own shape to fit space etc.

I am selling the Rack and the Cooling system complete with all the pipework to feed 36 Barrels, I will not split the system.
